Return policy
Should you need to return your purchase, you can do so provided :
- •the product was purchased within the last 14 days;
- •the product was not applied, worn, coloured or treated in any manner;
- •the original packaging and labels have been kept;
•the product is deemed to be defective by the Slavic Hair Company within 14 days of purchase.
To return a product, please follow the guide below:
- Contact your customer service representative and notify them of the problem. We are available Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CET except for weekends and public holidays.
- Return the product along with its original packaging to the Slavic Hair Company at the following address:

- Once we receive the products, we will process the return and/or exchange within 2-3 business days.
Please note:
Product exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of purchase - no exceptions.
The product must be in original condition and resalable.
If the content of the order received does not match the invoice, the client must inform their sales manager no later than 3 days after receiving the parcel. Claims submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
Because of health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept hair that has been coloured, chemically treated, applied or used in any other way. To avoid potential problems, please thoroughly inspect your purchase for any quality issues before use.
Slavic Hair will replace any products that are defective within 14 days of purchase. Any replacement products will be shipped at our expense; otherwise, we will refund the cost of the product in full.
