How to order
Once we receive your order – either online through Facebook or via our website, or over the phone using phone apps such as Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc. – we get to work on it.
We immediately set aside the items you have selected and guarantee their availability for the next 5 working days.
We strongly recommend that you place your orders at least 4 to 5 days before they are required to ensure that your customers are not inconvenienced by any avoidable delivery issues.
Orders received and paid for by 3 p.m. (Central European Time) on any business day will be shipped the same day.
Orders received and paid for after 3 p.m. CET will be shipped the next business day*.
*Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
An order received after 3 p.m. on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday and will not be delivered before Tuesday.

“International orders (from outside of the EU), may be subject to local charges
Any customs or import duties and/or associated fees are charged once the
parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by
the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and

responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept
any returned orders in this case. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country, so please contact your local customs office for
further information. If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may
be abandoned and the Slavic Hair Company will not be responsible for any
