When we receive your order online(FB, web page) or over the phone(viber w/up), we start working on it right away!
We reserve the chosen hair for you for the period of 5 business days and guarantee its avalibility
We highly recommend to order your products at least 4 to 5 days before your scheduled appointments to ensure yourself against any risks connected with delivery.
Orders received and paid before 3 p.m. (central european time) will ship the same business day.
Orders received and paid after 4 p.m. will be shipped the following business day.
Please note that business days refer to Monday – Friday and exclude holidays and weekends.
(This means that if you place and paid your order after 4 p.m. on a Friday, it will ship the following Monday and will not arrive to your location until Tuesday.)
