How to order

Placing an order is so easy - just contact our customer service representatives using any method that is convenient for you: WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Email, Online web-chat.

We strongly recommend that you place your orders at least 4 to 5 working days before they are required to ensure that your customers are not inconvenienced by any avoidable delivery issues.

We ship worldwide with DHL Express from our main logistics centre in the EU, Slovenia. The shipments are made between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CET every day from Monday to Friday.

Orders received and paid for by 3 p.m. CET on any working day will be shipped the same working day. Orders received and paid for after 3 p.m. CET will be shipped the next working day. Please note that working days refer to Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. It means that an order received and paid after 3 p.m. CET on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday and will not be delivered before Tuesday.

Please contact our customer service representatives for further information concerning delivery costs and times for your area. All our shipments are insured and the safe delivery of your goods is of paramount importance to us. Consequently, we kindly ask that you to provide a contact phone number as well as the precise delivery address so that we can pass these onto the delivery courier.

International orders (from outside of the EU), may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and/or associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

The Slavic Hair Company cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept any returned orders in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned and the Slavic Hair Company will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result.

While we cannot guarantee the performance of our carriers, we will do all that we can to ensure your order arrives on time and undamaged. The Slavic Hair Company cannot, however, be held liable for any lost, overdue or damaged packages.

If the content of the order received does not match the invoice, the client must inform their sales manager no later than 3 days after receiving the parcel. Claims submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
