You can return your product only if the following is true:

  • The product was purchased within the last 14 days
  • The product wasn’t applied, worn, coloured or treated anyhow
  • The original packaging and labels are preserved
  • The product is deemed to be defective by Slavic Hair Company within 14 days of purchase.

If you want to return a product, follow the guide below:

  1. Call or message your manager and inform about the problem. We are available Monday- Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. except for holidays and weekends
  2. Send the package with the packaging back to Slavic Hair Company

  3. Let us know the tracking number of the package
  4. Once we receive the products, we will process the return/exchange within 2-3 business days.

Take note:
Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, no exceptions.
The product must be in its original condition and sellable as new.

Because of sanitation and safety concerns, we are unable to accept hair that has been colored, chemically treated, installed, or used in any way. Please inspect the quality of hair before use.

Slavic hair will replace any products that are defective within14 days of purchase date. Upon the product being returned, we will ship a replacement product at our expense, or make a refund (the cost of hair products)
